Convenience service

Alerts and downloads are convenience features and do not replace direct checking of current primary records. They are not a deadline, compliance, credit monitoring or professional advisory service.

Timing and delivery

Publication timing, processing, internet services, email providers, filtering, mailbox capacity and inaccurate addresses can delay or prevent delivery. We do not guarantee a particular delivery time, volume or uninterrupted service. An email may contain no new records where no qualifying update is available.

Customer responsibilities

You must keep your email address current, protect access links, check spam controls and verify downloaded information before use. Users remain responsible for monitoring time critical information through appropriate independent methods.

Security

Do not forward protected download links or files to unauthorised people. Tell us promptly if you suspect that an access link or account has been compromised so that appropriate restrictions can be applied.
