Subscription Terms
How paid plans, renewal, cancellation, access and delivery work.
Last updated: 9 August 2026
Plans, price and contract
The monthly plan is £19 per month and the annual plan is £99 per year, unless a different price is clearly shown at checkout. The selected price, billing interval, currency and any tax are displayed before payment. Your contract begins when payment is accepted and confirmation is sent.
What is included
An active subscription provides the features shown on the pricing page, including eligible alerts, protected data access and available exports. Enrichment is provided where available only. No minimum number of records, enriched fields, alerts or updates is promised. Access is personal to the subscribing customer unless a business plan expressly permits additional users.
Renewal and payment
Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. Stripe processes payment using the stored payment method. If payment fails, we may retry payment and restrict paid access while the account is overdue. We will give reasonable advance notice of a material price change and explain when it takes effect.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through online through Stripe or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewal and access ordinarily continues until the end of the paid billing period. We will not impose a cancellation fee. Any refund or continued access will be provided where required by law or clearly promised at purchase.
Consumer rights and immediate supply
Consumers may have statutory cancellation rights for contracts made online. The application of those rights depends on the service supplied, when performance begins and any express request, consent or acknowledgement recorded at checkout. Nothing in these terms removes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us promptly if you believe a statutory cancellation right applies.
Delivery and customer responsibilities
Alerts and files depend on new information becoming available, successful processing, email infrastructure and the settings of your provider. You must keep your email address current, protect access links and check spam or filtering controls. A missed alert does not extend a deadline or transfer responsibility for a decision to us.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate security issues, misuse, unlawful activity, non payment or a material breach. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to remedy it. Ending a subscription does not remove obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.
