Privacy Notice
How Loxa Capital Ltd processes subscriber, visitor and public business information under UK data protection law.
Last updated: 9 August 2026
Controller and information processed
Loxa Capital Ltd is the controller. We process account and subscriber details, billing references, security logs, preferences, correspondence and correction requests. We may also process names and business contact details contained in lawful public and commercial information.
Purposes and lawful bases
We process information to supply contracts, secure and improve the service, answer requests, maintain accurate corporate intelligence and meet legal duties. Depending on the activity, our bases are contract, legal obligation, consent or legitimate interests in operating a proportionate commercial information service. We assess necessity, impact and reasonable expectations before relying on legitimate interests.
Information obtained indirectly
Public availability does not remove UK data protection rights. Where information is obtained indirectly, this notice explains the categories, purposes, lawful bases, recipients and rights. Any exemption from providing further individual notice is used only where legally justified and documented.
Sharing, processors and transfers
Information may be handled by contracted hosting, database, email, security, analytics and payment providers only as needed. Stripe processes payments under its own privacy information. International transfers use an applicable safeguard where required. We do not sell subscriber credentials.
Retention and accuracy
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations, security and dispute handling. Account and billing records may be retained for the applicable legal and accounting period. Security logs are retained for a proportionate period based on risk. Corporate records are refreshed, corrected, restricted or removed under our methodology and retention rules. Relevant history may remain where lawful and necessary to preserve record integrity.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may object to direct marketing at any time and may withdraw consent where consent is the basis used. Some rights are subject to legal conditions and exemptions. Contact info@companyinsolvencyregister.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Requests and identity checks
Provide enough detail for us to locate the relevant information. We may request proportionate proof of identity or authority before disclosing or changing personal information. We aim to respond within the period required by law and will explain any lawful extension, refusal or limitation.
Security and incidents
We apply proportionate access controls, authentication, encryption in transit, logging, supplier controls and data minimisation. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Where a personal data breach creates a legal notification duty, we will notify the appropriate authority and affected people as required.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our processing, suppliers or legal duties change. Material changes will be made clear on the website and, where appropriate, communicated directly to account holders.
